Fees

My initial phone consultation is free. My fees are calculated at the current rate of $150/hour.

Cancellation policy

Scheduled appointment times are reserved for you therefore your commitment to being on time and reliable ensures your progress. It is your responsibility to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancelling an appointment either by phone or by email. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session.

Payment methods

Major credit cards, cheques and cash are accepted at the time of service and detailed receipts will be given at the end of session or via email. It is helpful to respecting our time together to streamline payments including pre-authorized payments on credit cards in order to reduce the amount of paperwork during sessions.

Insurance coverage

Many extended health care programs like Blue Cross, Great West Life, etc. Cover services offered by Registered Clinical Counsellors, RCC’s. It is important for you to ask your insurer about your coverage ahead of time. Your Human Resources Department is bound by confidentiality and should provide you this information.

You will submit your receipts to your insurer after my services have been provided and paid for. If you find you do not have coverage, counselling services are tax deductible; be sure to keep copies of your receipts for income tax purposes.
